Tri-Cities Angel Alliance (TCAA) provides a forum for the matching of entrepreneurs of early companies with investors who are committed to funding high-risk opportunities. TCAA does not evaluate or endorse any of these investment opportunities and makes no recommendations regarding the appropriateness of particular investment opportunities for any investor. TCAA makes no independent investigations to verify the factual information submitted to potential investors and TCAA makes no representations or warranties with respect to the information provided by applicant entrepreneurs. As a result, potential investors must conduct their own investigation of the merits and risks of each investment opportunity, and negotiate the terms of their investment. TCAA does not function as a broker-dealer or investment advisor and is not registered as such with any federal or state securities regulator.

TRI-CITIES ANGEL ALLIANCE POLICIES:

Membership List. The TCAA membership list is available as a resource for collaboration among current TCAA members on TCAA investment opportunities. The member directory is not to be used for solicitation of other investment opportunities to members. This list should not be disclosed or distributed to non-members, service providers or other third parties under any circumstances.

Non-Disclosure Policy: Members may from time-to-time receive confidential or proprietary information. Members agree to abide by clearly marked confidential information when received at TCAA meetings.

Guest Policy. Members may bring one non-member guest per luncheon for a lunch fee of $30.00 collected at the door. Members are responsible for ensuring guests are either an Accredited Investor -OR- have access to a professional, independent financial advisor. Guests must attend the membership meeting with a sponsoring TCAA member. Prospective guests must be approved in advance of the meeting.

Membership Renewal. Membership to the Tri-Cities Angel Alliance lasts one year from the date of application. Members will be notified in advance of their membership expiration. TCAA reserves the right to change member dues upon expiration of a membership term.

Non-Solicitation Policy: Members agree not to actively solicit business from other members at meetings or through TCAA Membership List or contact information.
